A month of celebrations
We had much to celebrate this month as Tempo Time Credits marked 15 years of being registered as a charity and recognised milestones with two key community partnerships too.
First we travelled to Cornwall where we have been working for the last 5 years. We were delighted to catch up with the team, commissioners, partners, and supporters with a film premiere highlighting all we have achieved, which we cannot wait to share.
Next we journeyed to the capital to join our partners at the City of London Corporation to this time celebrate 10 years of partnership. Over 65 volunteers joined us sharing valuable thoughts and insight as we looked at achievements to date, where we are now and how we can move things forward for the future.
Finally, we managed to celebrate our own 15 years anniversary of being registered as a charity in England & Wales. We’re extremely proud of our growing network:
40 commissioning programmes
1,500 + charities supported
15,000 + people currently volunteering
1.25 Million Time Credits earned
750 + business venues have offered reward & recognition
If you’ve been involved with Tempo for a long time you’ll know we were Spice back then changing our name to Tempo in 2018.
We didn’t officially launch until January 2009 and we would like your help in telling our story over the past 15 years. We’ve gained so much insight from our celebrations in Cornwall and London that we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to contribute and tell us about their experience of volunteering, supporting Tempo as a business or in partnership as a charity or commissioner of a programme.
With your consent, we shall use the information you provide to:
- help us to understand the impact of Time Credits and provide better opportunities for people to get involved in Time Credits
- helps us to show the organisations that fund our work the effect Time Credits have on our communities
We are keen to tell as many stories as possible about…
- People that have earned Time Credits.
- Partnered with us to offer opportunities for people to use Time Credits to visit their venue.
- Used Time Credits to thank volunteers at a community group or organisation you’ve worked with.
- Worked for Spice/Tempo.
- Commissioned Spice/Tempo to facilitate a programme.
You can share your thoughts and experience by completing our short form here.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Time Credits with us. By sharing your story, you are making a vital contribution to the way we work and helping us spread the word about Time Credits nationwide.
