Tempo Time Credits are supporting U.K. arts venues

There’s no doubt arts venues across the U.K. have been hit hard due to the pandemic, with all venues being forced to close their doors for many months, impacting both the future of venues and the industry in the U.K.

Tempo Time Credits are always looking to support a variety of industries and now more so than ever. That’s why we’ve been researching how Tempo Time Credits can increase access to the arts in partnership with the funder, Paul Hamlyn Foundation. Through our research, we are looking at how best to support arts venues at this difficult time and going forward post COVID-19.

We have a few aims and objectives from our research and what we would like to achieve:

  • We want to help all U.K. arts venues find ways to invite people back into their venues and access the services on offer with confidence as soon as possible.
  • We want to support the work of volunteers who will be working hard to get the arts industry back on its feet.
  • We want to help introduce arts venue activities to new audiences and attract new customers through promotion to our networks.
  • Provide a place for arts venues to meet and discuss best practices with other arts organisations. That’s why we have set up an online forum for arts venues to meet up and discuss current challenges.

To aid our research and give us a better understanding of how we can help arts organisations get back on their feet and help the industry thrive post-COVID-19, we’re asking any arts venues to complete this short survey which will be hugely beneficial to us. You can complete the survey here.
