Housing Associations: our guide to introducing a Tempo Time Credit Program

Housing associations play a vital role in supporting and empowering their residents. Introducing a Tempo Time Credit program can offer numerous benefits to both parties by increasing resident engagement and supporting the overall health and well-being of residents within the community.

Tempo has partnered with a number of housing associations to implement our community currency that rewards individuals for volunteering their time and skills. Here we share the many potential advantages of introducing a Time Credits program within a housing association setting.

Benefits for Housing Associations

Strengthening Community Cohesion

By implementing a Tempo Time Credit program, housing associations can foster a stronger sense of community cohesion. Residents engaging in volunteering activities build connections and relationships with each other, leading to increased social capital and a more inclusive and supportive community.
