Ron is Chair of Tempo and a passionate advocate for its mission, vision, and purpose. He strongly believes in the power of volunteering to create meaningful benefits both for individuals and the communities they are part of.

He values the way Tempo reaches people whomay not have previously seen themselves as having something to offer, supporting them to get involved in ways that feel relevant and important tothem.

Ron is particularly inspired by Tempo’s ability to unlock potential, build confidence, and create opportunities for people to contribute, strengthening communities through inclusive and accessible volunteering.
