Welcome to Tempo Time Credits!

I’m Rachel, and I’m really glad you’re here. For me, this work has always been about people. I’ve spent over two decades working in social justice and communities, and what continues to inspire me is the incredible strengths people bring, often in ways that aren’t always recognised or valued. Since becoming CEO in 2023, my focus has been on deepening that impactstrengthening our relationships, supporting our partners, and making sure we’re building something that lasts. I feel incredibly proud of the communities we work alongside every day, and of the difference we’re making together.

Tempo is supported by a thoughtful and committed Board, who bring experience, insight, and care to how we grow and develop. They help guide our direction and make sure we stay grounded in our purpose. Our team is at the heart of everything we do. Based across the UK, they bring energy, expertise, and a deep commitment to the communities we work with. From developing partnerships to supporting local organisations and volunteers, they make our work possible every day. We’re a small team with a big belief: that everyone has something to give, and that by valuing that, we can build stronger, more connected communities.
