Christina is a people, organisation and change professional who runs her own consulting business called Learn to Grow. She’s spent 16 years in the Consumer Goods Industry and now works with a mix of organisations, blue chips, non-profits, SMEs, start-ups and charities across a range of sectors on people strategy, talent development and change enablement. In her spare time, Christina is a competitive sailor, nature lover and foodie.
