Christina is a people, organisation, and changeprofessional and runs her own consulting business, Learn to Grow. With 16 yearsof experience in the consumer goods industry, she now works with a diverserange of organisations, including blue-chip companies, non-profits, SMEs,start-ups, and charities, supporting them with people strategy, talentdevelopment, and change enablement.

Christina is passionate about bringing people and organisations together to create meaningful, lasting change. She is particularly inspired by how Tempo connects individuals, services, and businesses to build stronger communities and drive positive impact for all. She believes deeply in Tempo’s ability to give people a voice in shaping a happier, healthier society.

Outside of her professional life, Christinais a competitive sailor, a nature lover, and a foodie.
