Christina Taylor

Christina is a Trustee at Tempo, a memberof the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC), and serves as SafeguardingLead.

She is a people, organisation, and changeprofessional and runs her own consulting business, Learn to Grow. With 16 yearsof experience in the consumer goods industry, she now works with a diverserange of organisations, including blue-chip companies, non-profits, SMEs,start-ups, and charities, supporting them with people strategy, talentdevelopment, and change enablement.

Christina is passionate about bringingpeople and organisations together to create meaningful, lasting change. She isparticularly inspired by how Tempo connects individuals, services, andbusinesses to build stronger communities and drive positive impact for all. Shebelieves deeply in Tempo’s ability to give people a voice in shaping a happier,healthier society.

Outside of her professional life, Christinais a competitive sailor, a nature lover, and a foodie.
