Rachel Gegeshidze

I am the Chief Executive of Tempo Time Credits, leading the organisation’s vision to build stronger, more connected communities through reciprocity and volunteering. Since joining Tempo in 2012, I have steered the organisation through major change, securing new partnerships, deepening impact across Wales and England, and championing a values-led, people-first culture. With more than twenty years of experience in community development, I am committed to creating opportunities for people to thrive. I love working at Tempo because it unites purpose, partnership, and the belief that every person has value - strengthening communities when this is truly recognised.
