We are excited to announce that Tempo Time Credits are going digital! Our traditional paper model has been a great success since the Tempo Time Credits concept was launched. But since then we've looked for ways to modernise and make life easier for our volunteers and customers. The inspiration behind this transition to digital was created by simply understanding the needs of our volunteers and customers and looking for the best way to meet them. Every day we look for innovative ways to enhance the Tempo Time Credits user experience. This is achieved by working closely with all stakeholders and listening to their feedback. And so, what benefits can you expect from our new online service? To begin with, it makes using and managing Time Credits much quicker and easier, Â which is a win for everyone. You'll have all the information you need to use Time Credits in one place, instantly at your fingertips.. We've designed the new platform to provide you with the best possible experience, giving you a simple and easy way to check, give out, receive or redeem Tempo Time Credits. We are easy to find online with a simple Google search, just type in Tempo Time Credits.Living in the digital age, we've discovered that one of the most valuable assets that any organisation can have is data. Through our new online system, we'll be able to get a complete picture of how people earn and redeem their Tempo Time Credits, and use this understanding to drive more impact for communities and individuals.Given that we're currently living in the midst of a pandemic, our new online platform means we can still make Tempo Time Credits accessible to everyone who has taken the time to give support in their communities. So far the feedback from everyone who has used digital Tempo Time Credits has been really positive. We plan to roll out the new digital version of Tempo Time Credits to all existing customers by April 2021.Not to worry if you don't have access to the internet! We've worked hard to make sure nobody will be excluded. You can still sign up to use digital Tempo Time Credits using a membership card.
