Our Work In westminster

Social Value in Action
Our Westminster programme demonstrates how corporate investment can translate directly into meaningful, measurable community impact.
As part of the Carlton Dene development in Westminster, Lovell Partnerships funded a dedicated community engagement programme delivered by Tempo. This investment formed part of Lovell’s social value and ESG commitments and represents the first sponsorship model of its kind for Tempo — where a corporate partner funds a place-based programme designed to strengthen communities alongside a local development.
Through this partnership, Lovell’s support enabled the delivery of volunteering, engagement, and community-building activity that strengthened local networks and created opportunities for residents to participate, connect, and thrive.

The Westminster partnership demonstrates a scalable model for delivering social value through development. This approach ensures that social value is not just promised, it is delivered, evidenced, and felt by the people it is designed to benefit.
