My role at Tempo is to work with groups and organisations that utilise volunteers, supporting them to recruit, retain and recognise their volunteers through Time Credits. I also help them to create meaningful recognition opportunities for volunteers in Cynon and beyond. I am passionate about encouraging people who have never volunteered before by showcasing brilliant local opportunities and supporting communities to develop their own volunteering opportunities. I am also funded to empower young people in the Valley to volunteer and co-produce the Time Credit programme. What I love most about working with Tempo is seeing confidence grow, connections strengthen and communities thrive through the power of volunteering.
