Gurleen Gill is a Business Manager at King's College London, where she works with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into delivery. Her career has centred around leadership offices, operating at the intersection of strategy and operations. She has served as an Advisory Board member for an initiative focused on improving attainment among underrepresented groups and, in her spare time, mentors through UCL's Professional Services mentoring scheme for Black, Asian and minority ethnic staff.
Passionate about social mobility and positive change, Gurleen is inspired by Tempo's approach to widening access to volunteering. She believes that the combination of personal development, community connection and social impact makes Tempo unique.
