Lynsey Pearson

My role is primarily focused on providing sound financial advice and information to the Tempo Senior Leadership Team, Board of Trustees and others. The Finance Assistant and I provide a high quality and effective financial management service to the charity and ensure compliance with all relevant financial statutory and regulatory matters. I enjoy working at Tempo as I believe in the power of volunteering and volunteer recognition. I love hearing and seeing how Tempo programmes benefit people around the country. I also like my colleagues and appreciate the flexibility offered to staff by Tempo.
